Under the program, agents who have been a producing agent with the company for a minimum of three years - and maintain an active real estate license - will become eligible to continue to collect 60% of their monthly revenue share payments after they are no longer actively representing clients.

WILLABLE REVENUE SHARE

Real’s Willable Revenue Share Program was officially launched in early 2023 and offers the ability to provide for your loved ones by designating a beneficiary to receive your revenue share participation in the event of your passing.
